FRMR Collection aims to pack and ship each order for in-stock items within 3 business days of purchase. Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 

For customers who live outside of the United States, FRMR Collection has the right to refuse international orders, though we will always do our best to accommodate worldwide shipping within reason. 

  • North American Orders - FRMR Collection offers tiered flat rate shipping for products listed on our online webstore.

  • International Orders - please contact us via email for a shipping quote.   For customers who live outside of the United States, FRMR Collection is not responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by the country of import.

  • Furniture and Lighting Orders - we cannot offer a shipping quote via the web store at time of purchase. Customers will be notified of their shipping quote based on their desired delivery location.

  • Expedited Shipping -  please contact us via email as additional charges will apply, and we cannot guarantee shipping speed.​


Shipping rates are determined by our shipping providers/ freight forwarders and are based on package dimensions, weight, value, and originating and final destinations.  Delivery times are based on information provided by our suppliers and shipping providers/freight forwarders. FRMR Collection will not initiate the shipping process with suppliers and freight forwarders until orders are paid in full.  FRMR Collection insures all orders for the full retail amount with the relevant shipping provider.

FRMR Collection is not responsible for any delays arisen from or caused by any of our suppliers or shipping providers/freight forwarders.  FRMR Collection will do their best to mitigate these issues within means, and will work to communicate all issues/delays as quickly as possible.​

FRMR Collection is not liable under any circumstances for delays or breach of contract that are due to force majeure. As long as a force majeure situation applies, FRMR Collection is exempt from its’ contractual and policy obligations.


Once requested, we will work to provide a quote for you within 1-3 business days, although it can sometimes take longer, depending on the destination and logistics. Once a shipping quote is received by the customer, it is valid for 10 business days. 

FRMR Collection is not responsible for any pricing discrepancies or variances in the final shipping costs, should the product(s) be ordered after the validity of the shipping quote has expired, or any of the information provided by the customer in the original shipping quote request is invalid, incorrect or has changed since the quote was generated, with no exceptions.


Please be advised that dispatch time indicates how long your product or order will take to prepare to ship.

This varies based on whether the products in your order are in stock, on order, or made to order and will vary by designer/brand/supplier.

  • Items In-Stock with Suppliers  - Dispatch can take 1-4 weeks.

  • Items On-Order with Suppliers - Dispatch can take 1-10 weeks

  • Items Made-to-Order with Suppliers - Dispatch can take 4-20 weeks

Once an order is dispatched, a shipment can take an additional 1-8 weeks to deliver depending on the shipping service quoted at time of purchase.


Items purchased in-store can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof-of-purchase. In case of exchanges for an item of lesser value, the difference will be returned in the form of store credit.
Online purchases are final-sale, except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise.  If an item is damaged or defective, FRMR Collection must be notified no later than 72 hours after delivery.


We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom, special-order, or made-to-order items.
Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced by an identical item. If a replacement is not possible (in case of discontinued or one-off items), a refund will be offered in the original form of payment.  We will do our best to work with the client to make things right.
Any other returns in extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


Materials such as wood or concrete may have inconsistencies in grain and pattern, which is not the basis of a legitimate return. Variations in form, color, and finish are also to be expected with handmade items.


Floor model accessories, furniture, and lighting is sold "as is", are final sale and cannot be returned.


FRMR Collection reserves the right to adjust prices on website or in the showroom without prior notice.  We also reserve the exclusive right to discount product.  We do not offer any sales/promotional offers retroactively, and are unable to adjust any prices for future or past promotions.


Please contact us within a maximum of 24 hours after your order has been placed if you're requesting a cancellation.  After this time period, FRMR Collection cannot guarantee cancellation of an order.


Once an order is fulfilled either in-house or by the product's supplier, FRMR Collection is unable to cancel an order (no exceptions); and the order will be subject to our Returns Policy terms above.
